In Agroproductos de Nayarit we have a very specific process to treat our exported products. In a general way this is as it follows:
Requiriments to receive the load
• Canvas transport (covered)
• Documentation (SAGARPA) with import registration
• Mango type analysis: Ataulfo, Tommy, Kent Key
• Washing and disinfection of hands, use of cap, face mask (beard)
Accepted documentation is reviewed and then we go to the reception area
• There is a sampling manager who takes a product for every certain number of boxes.
• The inspector takes the sampling box to disinfect the product and give a final report of
acceptance/ non-acceptance of the lot.

Laundry area and cleaning
- The product is washed a first time by the conveyor belt, then the garbage and latex rubber product is removed, it is separated from the product with a defect.
- The damaged product is passed to the lag area.


Wash area with chlorine to continue cleaning latex and disinfection of the product.
3 measures are separated by the conveyor belt to then go inside hot water for the following lapses:
• 75 minutes
• 90 minutes
• 110 minutes
The boxes are stowed according to color, their measure of product weight and time in hot water.

Hot water washing area
The pallet is placed in the basket, the operator in charge will indicate when to deposit the pallet in the hot water tubs (117 F °). The water becomes dirty as it finishes cleaning the rubber latex. It is passed to the cold water tub to carry out and finish disinfection.

The boxes are placed in the rest area.

The product passes through the conveyor belt and personal (female) ends separating the product with damage (or another weight).

It passes to another conveyor belt and a brush gives it finished polishing.

A sensor distributes for 2 bands, according to the weight of the product, each mango travels in atray. It calibrates weight, it separates and goes to the labeling stage.

Each box is sealed, each label and stamp of the orderly is checked through the conveyor belt.

Traceability area
The person in charge authorizes each stage with a sheet that contains:
- Variety
- Maturity
- Quantity
- Caliber
- Weight box
- Brand box
- Box type
- Number of boxes to carry
- Quality
- Who reviewed

Cold room
Once freed, it goes to the cold room for its conservation while it is loaded for shipment.
